Heaters - REVEL Copper convector bodies

Radiátory 1 REVEL Company supports its REVEL-PEX installing system with an offer of copper bodies which also meet the requirement of minimal 50-year-old service life and 25-year-old guarantee on the main part of bodies; that is a copper exchanger with aluminium pressed lamellas.

This can also be delivered separately. Powder-coated (Comaxit) covers - newly made of galvanized sheets, are delivered in white colour as a standard, but they can also be supplied in RAL colour shades at extra cost. A damaged part of the cover can be replaced at any time, even during the construction itself the mounting of powder-coated sheet covers occurs after the completion of all the construction work. Wall-mounted bodies as well as stand-alone ones are newly equipped with a longitudinal bar and covering completion is made distinctively easier with bayonet couplings. Wall-mounted bodies are light and can be mounted without any special support structure directly on the plaster board constructions only using wall-plugs in both directions. Then the construction itself enables connecting the bodies from the bottom, the side or from the wall. Convector bodies with a very low volume of water perfectly follow the interventions of regulating elements. Their performance can be increased by additional ventilators, which is useful for speeding the submerging up or for low-temperature systems or when there is a lack of space for the radiator.

Water-tight floor bodies with safe 12V/DC voltage with water drain can be used, besides heating systems, also in cooling air-conditioning systems. With an installation depth of 95 mm they correspond with the design height of the floor heating system. Ascendable lattices for floor bodies can be made of lacquered beech or aluminium without any influence on their price. Ventilator floor bodies are placed in habitable rooms with ventilators nearer to the window. In swimming pools and rooms where we want to limit water condensation on the glass, ventilators should be placed – on the contrary – nearer the room and the windows are fanned through the exchanger afterwards. If it is necessary to connect the body from the other side on the construction by a heating engineer, it is possible to remove and turn the exchanger over from the tank, because the tanks are ready for this use in advance. Unevenness of the base is equalled with the help of adjusting screws. Convectors are designed for water systems, for those filled with anti-freezers and for low-pressure steam systems.

ConvectorsThe floor bodies or any other bodies “R” and “RV” with ventilators are to be completed with regulation and a transformer. REVEL Company has come with an innovation of module regulation for all types of bodies, with label “VPAT-R2” which are designed for up to 8m long bodies with axial ventilators (40 ventilators) and up to 4m long bodies in tangential design (10 ventilators). A number of up to 32 module regulations can be connected to one thermostat “TER-2”, but not more thermostats to one module. The above mentioned regulation module is a part of the fan-coil set, but when using it in swimming pools or for “R” and “RV” body control, it is placed in a plastic wall box or directly into the electric switch board analogous to a transformer. The regulation works as automatic with continuous ventilator speed control depending on room temperature in either heating or cooling mode. There is also the mounting of a thermal sensor which blocks the operation of the ventilators at a low temperature of heating water. Minimum, maximum and constant ventilator speed adjustment and switching from the heating mode to cooling is done with the help of multifunctions on the thermostat. The company will continue to offer manually adjustable regulation for 14 axial ventilators or for 3 tangential ventilators VPAT-Z.
